Products

What is included with my saber?

You should always check each product description and pictures on what is included with each saber. Some of them will have different accessories or tools included.

For our Premium range of sabers, along with the hilt, orders include a blade, Fine Addition Sabers lockable hard case, acrylic saber stand, blade plug, battery charger and cable, user manual, hex wrench, screws and extra spare parts.

For our Standard range of sabers, along with the hilt, orders include a blade, blade plug, battery charger cable, user manual, hex wrench, screws and extra spare parts.

How do I install the blade?

Begin by inserting the blade into the hilt and making sure it is seated all the way in. On Premium sabers, make sure that the contact pins are in contact with the bottom of the blade. Then using the supplied screws and wrenches, secure the blade by inserting the screws in the threaded holes around the blade. Be sure to secure the blade before any saber swinging or duelling and do not over tighten to risk damaging the blade. Please see our safety page here for more info.

What colors can the blade be set to?

All Fine Addition Sabers allow you to change the blade to any color as they are RGB! You can see how to here. Premium sabers have many blade effects, which you can see here!

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special someone. Click here to buy now. Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable.

How do I open the carry case?

To open the case, set the number dials to the default combination (0 0 0) and slide press the button away from the handles, that will release the latch. This is the same for both left and right ends of the case.

How do I set the combination on the carry case?

First remove the red pin allowing you to spin the number dials. While the number dials are set to the unlock combination (default is 0 0 0), slide press and hold the button in towards the handle, and while holding the button in, set the combination as desired. Once the desired combination is set, release the button and the combination is now set.

To open the case, set the number dials to the chosen combination and slide press the button away from the handle and the latch will open.

This is the same for both left and right ends of the case.

Remember if the combination is forgotten, there is no other way to open the case without forcefully breaking into it and damaging it!

What are blade plugs?

The LED lights in our sabers are very bright. You may want to remove your blade so you can wear your hilt or set it on a stand for display. When using a bladeless hilt, the LED shines very bright and can hurt your or other’s eyes. Blade plugs are short polycarbonate plugs made similar to blades, but have a design on the end to make it look like a real saber. When they light up, they make very interesting effects. How much is shipping?

How can I track my order?

We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the world, exceptions may apply, please contact us here or message us if you have trouble placing your order.

How do I change the currency?

The default currency is set to USD, but you can change the displayed values any currency you prefer at the bottom left corner of every page!

When will my order arrive?

We try our best to send out orders and provide tracking numbers as soon as possible. Customers from the US can expect to receive their package in less than 10 days and 20 days for the rest of the world. Sometimes there may be unforeseen delays, if your order is taking longer than expected, please do not hesitate to contact us here or message us. Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch here or message us just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online. Please message us as soon as possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched, so that you can place a new order. Please see our Refund Policy here for more information regarding cancellations.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, here or by messaging us, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll dispatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. However please note that you must cover the return shipping fee. Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

We have a 7 day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. However you must cover the cost of delivery back to us.

We offer full refunds including shipping for damaged or faulty items. Please let us know and we will help you as soon as possible.

We do not offer exchanges, so the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How do I return an item?

To start a return, you can contact us here or message us. We will ask for your order information. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

I think something may be wrong with my saber, what should I do?

We are sorry to hear you're having issues with your saber. We are dedicated to making things right and are here to help!

Please message us with the details and any photos or videos and we will get back to you as soon as possible. In the meantime, please try the Troubleshooting guide found here.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and contact us here or message us with the details and we'll help you.
